Meet John Rotz: He has studied personal growth and development, as well as John Maxwell’s leadership content for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked as a lead trainer in the financial industry with a focus on communication and behavioral habits.
As a certified DISC analyst and John C. Maxwell certified coach, speaker, and trainer, John has a wide range of experience in leadership training and executive coaching. John also partners with local community colleges offering a variety of leadership and business classes.
John’s focus is to hold the ladder for you as you climb to be the best version of yourself. In addition, when you get to the top of that ladder, going from success to significance, John makes sure the ladder is leaning against the right building.
John is married to his college sweetheart, Kathie, and has three grown children. He enjoys spending time in the woods, attending sporting events, and traveling.
